On one hand, we want expansive windows to welcome in beautiful natural daylight. On the other hand, large amounts of glass can lead to overheating, and city centre noise means opening a window isn't always an ideal or comfortable option for residents.
To solve this problem and meet the latest building regulations regarding ventilation and overheating, we install advanced MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) systems in our apartments, like this 64m² unit on the third floor.
How it works: It acts as a smart heat exchanger—bringing in fresh, dry air from the outside and removing moisture from the inside, all while transferring the existing heat so the apartment stays perfectly comfortable without getting cold.

Continuous Fresh Air: Completely cycles and replaces the apartment's total air volume 4 times per hour.
Rapid Purge: Moves up to 100 cubic meters of air per minute when needed to quickly clear the space.
