We have transformed this large garden on a new build house which was waterlogged, sloping towards the inadequate paving all within the most irregular boundary lines we have ever encountered, all these issues were eliminated with the design which included.
30 m of blue engineering brick retaining wall finished with chamfered granite copings with full width bullnose steps leading to the new lawn level.
65m2 of granite paving creating the seating areas surrounding the house with additional drainage installed.
A modern aluminium gazebo with louvre roof shading a further granite seating area.
45 m of powder coated steel edging to create 70m2 of planting beds to be planted by the customer, these have prepared with 10 tons of compost and bark mulch and also include lighting throughout.
A large 120m2 artificial grass lawn with simple granite water feature.
A new utility area giving purpose to the dead area to one side of the house, and a larger area to the other side finished with decorative granite Chippings in preparation for a future vegetable garden.

The existing paved areas on this property were not only untidy, the awkward design made them very impractical to use.
Now replaced with a large split level sandstone terrace, sandstone path to the rear of the garden and blocked path linking the front of the house space and access are no longer a problem.

The front of this lovely Victorian property was completely let down by its uneven concrete steps leading onto tarmac paths, with new natural stone steps and redesigned cobble paths it now has the entrance it deserves.

Unfortunately there are no before of this existing pond which was a very boring rectangle with an uninspiring water inlet, disconnected from the rest of the garden and surrounded by overgrown shrubs to both ends and lawn to the remainder and no areas sit.
It has now been transformed once cleared of all planting and reshaped a limestone path now links the house to a composite deck boardwalk and seating area creating the movement and sound of a new natural stream to be enjoyed. Any safety concerns have been removed by the installation of stainless steel wire balustrade to the perimeter.
Finally over 100m2 of existing lawn was removed and Corten steel edging installed to define new curved borders to the entire perimeter of the pond, these have been ready for planting in a few weeks time so once completed it will definitely feel part of the garden.
