Swanspool Project Update 🚧

Great progress continues at our Swanspool renovation project, with the transformation now well underway across the building.

New partition walls and plasterboarding are taking shape internally, alongside extensive ceiling and roof works. The new timber structure is also progressing well, helping to form the spaces and prepare the building for the next stages of the refurbishment.

With the initial strip-out behind us, the layout is becoming much clearer and the building is starting to take on its new form.

Plenty more progress to come as we continue bringing the project together.

Swanspool Project Update 🚧

Progress is moving well on our Swanspool renovation project, with the initial strip-out now making way for structural preparation and new timber works across the building.

Our team has been carefully opening up the space, exposing the existing character of the property while preparing it for the next phase of the transformation. New framing, roof works and internal preparation are now starting to take shape as the project develops.

There’s still plenty to come, but the vision for the space is already beginning to come through.

Work has officially started on our latest renovation project, with the initial strip-out and preparation works now in progress.

Our team is on site and ready to transform this space, carefully opening up the building and preparing it for the next stage of works.
