Flat roof completed in Burghead

We stripped the felt from the flat roof and fitted firring pieces to the roof deck to give the roof a better run off and to prevent the water from pooling on the flat roof.
The roof was re-decked with 18mm tongue & groove sterlingboard. With lifting the roof to create a better fall the ridge tiles couldn't be fitted so we installed a lead flashing along the ridge and then installed the RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM roofing system.

Dormer flat roof replaced in Lossie

We replaced the leaking felt roof with RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM, we also fitted new golden oak PVC fascia to match the windows in the house.

New guttering was fitted to the dormer roof. We also fitted new guttering to the side and back of the house with new rafter brackets fitted.

Customers are happy ✅️

Flat roof replaced out at Hardmuir

We stripped off the failed felt and the re-decked the roof with 18mm tongue & groove sterling board to give us a smooth surface for the RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM roofing system. A new lead flashing was also fitted at the rear of the roof onto the roof slates.

We also fitted new white PVC fascia boards with anthracite deep flow guttering.

The customer is happy and more importantly no more leaks 🙌

Flat roof recently replaced in Hopeman

We stripped off the failed felt roof back to the original tongue & groove boards which were still brand new.

We overboarded these with 18mm tongue & groove sterling board to give us a smooth surface for the RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM roofing system.

The customer is happy and more importantly no more leaks 🙌

Flat roof replaced in Lossiemouth

We replaced this collapsed flat roof with a new RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM flat roof.

We cleared everything away, built a new 6x2 timber frame wall to support the new roof joists. The wall head was rebuilt and leveled off by Gary Stewart Builder.
We fitted the new roof joists, rosewood PVC fascia boards and decked the roof with 18mm tongue & groove sterling board.
The RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM roofing system was installed and new black deep flow guttering was also fitted.

A fare difference from before to after but more importantly its safe to use again 🙂
