Just a quick update to say there will be a small increase to my hourly rate from 1/03/2026.

With fuel, equipment and running costs all rising, it’s something I’ve had to review to keep providing the same reliable and professional service.

Another lovely front garden completed for a very nice couple. I edged the borders, removed the weeds from the flower bed areas, and carefully worked around the wild daffodils that are starting to pop through. I also planted the bedding plants supplied by the customer, helping bring some fresh colour and life back into the garden.

This job was a bit different from my usual gardening work, but it was for a regular customer I look after every year, maintaining her conifer hedge. She contacted me to ask if I could clear her driveway so she could safely get out to go to work the next morning.

I cleared all the snow, treated the area using my push-along gritter, and salted the driveway afterward to help prevent ice forming. The customer supplied the salt, as the driveway is a resin surface.

I was also happy to help by clearing the neighbouring driveway across the road, as the residents are elderly and needed safe access.

Reliable winter services available alongside regular gardening and maintenance work.
