Just had the hosepipe ban text? Here's how to keep your new plants alive ⬆️

Newest plantings first, they've no roots to fall back on. Water at the base, not the leaves. And if you only remember one thing, it's slide 4, most people water at the wrong time of day without realising it's half wasted before it reaches the roots.

Over, Cambridgeshire.

Designed Spring/summer 2025, planted through March 2026, photographed this July as the first summer comes through. Helenium, crocosmia, salvia and Verbena bonariensis against the dark cladding, with white lavender softening the path edges.
