A video of the waterproofing system for this project is now fully operational and meticulously detailed for long-term maintenance. We have incorporated strategically placed flushing points throughout the perimeter drainage channels, allowing for easy inspection and cleaning of the system. In the lightwell, we’ve installed a high-capacity sump pump chamber designed to service the bin shed vault, the main vaulted area, and the primary room of the property. All structural fixings are securely in place, including the ceiling fixings which have been carefully wrapped with Delta Membranes' specialist rope to ensure a water-tight seal around every pe*******on point.

🏠 Linden Gardens Update: Phase Two Complete!

Following on from our recent membrane and drainage installation, the team at Oaks Damp Proofing has now completed the specialist rendering phase throughout the entire basement area. 🛡️

We have applied a Sika system render to all walls, reaching a total height of 1.5 meters. This creates an additional, robust barrier against moisture, ensuring the basement remains perfectly dry for years to come.

The site is now officially ready for the builders to take over! They will be installing their track system and finishing with plasterboard, confident that our specialist prep work provides the ultimate protection behind the scenes.

🏠 Project Update: Basement Waterproofing at Linden Gardens

We are currently on-site at Linden Gardens, transforming six vaulted areas into dry, usable spaces! 🛡️

Our team at Oaks Damp Proofing is busy installing a full cavity drain membrane system across all six vaults to ensure maximum protection against moisture. To manage water effectively, we are also:

✅ Installing dedicated sump pump chambers for each individual vault.
✅ Fitting perimeter drainage throughout.
✅ Infilling with high-quality insulation.
✅ Supplying all necessary fixings to ensure a professional finish.

The site is now prepped and ready for the clients to move forward with their floor screed. Another precision-engineered waterproofing solution in progress!
