We cut and removed a well-established hedge, including the complete removal of all stumps. With mains electric, mains water and internet cables running directly beneath the hedge, careful excavation and precision were essential throughout.

A challenging garden with tricky levels, but with the right design and careful planning, we’ve turned it into a beautiful, practical space with plenty of character.

From the initial consultation, we worked closely with our customer to explore the designs, materials and possibilities for the garden. Due to the different levels, we decided that separate patio areas would work best, creating two distinct spaces, each with its own unique, homely feel, while leaving room for planting and further landscaping in Phase 2. 🌱

🔨 The work included:
• Full garden dig-out and preparation
• Retaining sleeper bed to build up the levels for the upper patio
• Type 1 MOT sub-base for a solid foundation
• Beautiful buff 600x900 porcelain paving with matching edging blocks
• Armoured cable and waterproof double sockets installed before the groundworks
• LED strip lighting installed beneath the sleepers for subtle evening illumination ✨
• Trellis added to the dividing fence to encourage future vegetation growth and increase privacy
• A practical bin & storage area created from an otherwise unused space, finished with eco grids and 10mm shingle
• A stylish black metal pergola with an opening roof, giving our customer the option to enjoy the garden whether it’s sunshine or rain ☀️🌧️
• And finally, fresh new turf to complete the transformation 🌱

One thing we see time and time again on new-build estates is poor-quality ground. Whether it’s compacted subsoil, rubble left beneath the surface, or a lack of quality topsoil, it often leaves homeowners with patchy lawns where the grass either struggles to grow or doesn’t grow at all.

For this project, we completely transformed the space by excavating the existing ground, supplying and levelling quality screened topsoil, and laying premium-grade turf to create a healthy, lush lawn that’s built to thrive.

We’re proud to have been contracted on behalf of the RAF Benevolent Fund to complete the first stage of improving disability access at this property.

For this phase of the project, we created a secure and practical entrance with stylish hidden double gates, complete with accessible locks on both sides to provide ease of use without compromising on security.

The works included:
🌳 Removal of two trees and an existing hedge
🚜 Grading and preparing the ground
🪵 Supplying and installing heavy-duty 6x6 pointed posts
🪚 Building bespoke feather-edge fencing
🚪 Manufacturing and fitting custom double access gates

It’s always an honour to be invited back by returning clients to complete more work on their homes. Their continued trust means everything to us. 👏

With the ongoing drought, many gardens are looking tired, brown and lifeless. This project was the perfect solution. We excavated the existing ground, installed a Type 1 subbase, compacted layers of sand, laid membrane, and finished with 30mm vibrant green artificial grass.

The result? A lush, natural-looking lawn that stays green all year round with no mowing, no watering, and virtually no maintenance. 🌱

Another very happy customer and another garden completely transformed! ✅

We were also contracted to remove a well-established conifer hedge. Despite the scorching temperatures over the weekend, we pushed on to ensure the work was completed as quickly as possible for the customer. Before any work commenced, we carried out a thorough nesting bird inspection, and we’re pleased to say there were no active nests present.

A great transformation completed for another happy customer. We removed and disposed of the old patio before tackling a challenging garden that had been left uneven by previous building work. Hidden beneath the surface was a large mound of spoil from extension footings, along with a significant dip on the opposite side, creating an unsafe space for the homeowners and their young child. We regraded and levelled the entire garden, imported quality topsoil, and finished it with premium turf to create a safe, level, and attractive lawn that the family can enjoy with confidence. Another garden transformed from an unusable space into a practical, family friendly outdoor area.

Another successful project completed for an insurance company, transforming a hazardous outdoor area into a safe, clean, and professionally finished space. Our team removed multiple trip hazards by levelling uneven ground, excavating deep tree stumps from heavy clay, breaking up and removing old concrete bases, and dismantling and disposing of redundant sheds. We also safely isolated and removed underground electrical cables before installing new hazel fencing, w**d control membrane, and a 20mm shingle finish. Every aspect of the project was completed to a high standard, leaving the site safe, tidy, and fully restored for future use.

A bespoke outdoor entertaining area, designed and handcrafted to create a true extension of the home.

This project began with the construction of a robust treated timber framework, engineered to provide the perfect foundation for premium composite decking. Integrated into the design is a full circuit of LED decking lights, seamlessly installed within both the fascia boards and the decking surface to create a warm, contemporary ambience long after the sun goes down.

To future proof the space, we installed an underground armoured electrical supply feeding a weatherproof double Bluetooth smart socket. Controlled remotely via a smartphone or compatible smart home device, the client can effortlessly power outdoor lighting, heaters, speakers or other accessories at the touch of a button.

The centrepiece of the project is a completely bespoke pergola, handcrafted using substantial 6x6 structural posts alongside 6x2 and 8x2 timbers. Finished with contemporary horizontal privacy screening, the pergola provides both shelter and seclusion while maintaining an open, elegant feel.
