🚰🐢 Sink was draining slower than a Monday morning…
Swapped out the bendy pipe, fitted it properly, and now it drains like it’s got somewhere to be. 💪

💧 A sneaky leaking pipe
🪵 Wood that had officially given up on life
🦠 A science experiment nobody asked for
😳 And a smell that could knock out a rhino
We lifted the flooring to find a slow leak that had been quietly turning the subfloor into compost. Rotten timber removed ✅
Leaking pipe repaired with new fittings ✅
Area cleaned, treated, and prepped for drying ✅
One very relieved homeowner ✅

Another hidden disaster found, fixed, and sent packing 💪
If your home is making mysterious squishy noises, you know who to call 😉

When you just want a hot shower but the radiators decide it’s winter again 😅🚿🔥

Drop us a message and we’ll get it sorted 🔧✔️

Pressure kept dropping on this boiler 🔍

Using non-invasive leak detection, we traced the issue to a hidden leak inside a void — no unnecessary damage, no guesswork, just accurate diagnostics and a targeted repair. 💧

Another heating system back to full pressure and running efficiently. If your boiler keeps losing pressure, don’t ignore it — it’s usually a sign something isn’t right.
