Nutty Faces, Wrong Colour Only

Since I started doing canvases, I’ve always had the same problem, how do I keep the same style of my wall pieces on canvas?

I don’t think it would be interesting to just paint exactly the same thing on a wall and repeat it on canvas. Also technically it’s not that easy either.

So I was thinking about what I actually enjoy the most, and I realised it’s doing something slightly wrong, or doing it in the wrong way completely 😅🤣

For these, I took my classic Nutty Faces, chose blue as the main colour and then added colours that absolutely shouldn’t match with it.

Very experimental, slightly wrong, but I think it translates exactly the kind of energy I wanted to show.

What do you think??

They may disappear from the surface, but they’re all still there underneath the paint 👀

My characters are all around the city, doing different things and living their own little lives. 🎨

I usually don’t have a plan or anything specific in mind before I start painting. The character comes from my mood, the spot, and whatever is happening around me at that moment.

That’s probably why every one of them ends up with a slightly different personality. 😅
