⚡ WE’RE HIRING – SOLAR & BATTERY ELECTRICIAN ⚡

Due to continued growth, Flux Renewables Ltd is looking for an electrician to join our team.

The majority of our work is based around Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston, Teddington, Hampton and the surrounding areas, installing Solar PV and Battery Storage systems for domestic customers.

What you’ll be doing:

☀️ Solar PV Installations
🔋 Battery Storage Installations
⚡ Testing & Commissioning
🚗 EV Charger Installations (occasional)
🔧 Associated electrical works

Approximately 95% of the role is Solar PV and Battery Storage work.

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Full UK Driving Licence
✔️ 18th Edition
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
✔️ Professional attitude and good customer service skills
✔️ High standard of workmanship

We welcome applications from:

✅ Fully qualified electricians
✅ Electricians working towards completion of their NVQ
✅ Experienced installers who can demonstrate the ability to work safely and independently

Solar and battery experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

What we offer:

💷 £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
📍 Mainly covering Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston and surrounding areas

This customer in Richmond wanted battery storage added but had very limited indoor space available, so we designed a neat balcony installation to the rear of the property using a Sigenergy system.

Really pleased with how this one turned out — compact, tidy and making great use of otherwise unused space while still keeping the system easily accessible.
