The home our clients dream of starts with understanding how they want to live.

We shape every renovation around that vision, balancing beautiful design with spaces that work effortlessly every day. The same level of care goes into what you see and what sits behind it, so the final result feels refined and built to last.

This is how we approach high-end home renovation in Dubai.

A successful retail space should support the way the business works while strengthening how the brand is experienced.

At The Hour Dress, the redesign started from a simple question: how can the space work better for both the customer and the team? The answer came through a more intuitive layout and a stronger sense of identity throughout the store.

That is the value of a tailored Design & Build approach: creating a space that performs better while feeling completely aligned with the brand.

Good design is shaped in the details, but it is protected by experience on site.

In this new JBR update, Riccardo Vicarelli, our Head Architect, continues the walkthrough of the bedrooms, showing how the same organic ceiling language is carried through the spaces and integrated with bespoke joinery, lighting and the layout around the Marina views.

As the architect leading RVA, Riccardo’s experience and professional judgement guide our Design & Build approach throughout the entire project. His direct involvement helps ensure that the original vision is translated into the finished home with the same level of care with which it was designed.

This interior was designed around softness, natural light and a strong sense of flow.

The palette stays warm and understated, allowing the sculptural furniture to become part of the architecture rather than simply sit within it. Curved forms soften the space, while the large openings connect the interiors with the garden and bring daylight deep into the home.

We also used art and statement lighting to introduce personality without disturbing the calm balance of the scheme. The result is a home that feels distinctive, but still easy to live in.

Seeing a project come to life on site is one of the parts of our work we care about most.

At JBR, the build is progressing smoothly under our supervision. We’re regularly on site to work through key decisions, stay close to every stage and make sure the project continues exactly as intended.

That hands-on presence is part of the passion we bring to every home we create.

Designing a home is only one part of the process. Making sure that vision is carried through correctly on site is where constant architectural involvement makes the difference.

Riccardo follows the development of our JBR project closely, so decisions can be made with the original design intent in mind and the client never has to manage the complexity alone.

A seamless renovation doesn’t happen by chance.

It comes from having a clear method behind every decision and knowing exactly what needs to happen at each stage. That structure allows us to anticipate what comes next, keep the project moving in the right direction and make the entire experience feel far more straightforward for the client.

From the first conversation to move-in day, every step has a purpose.

Every project you see here is ours, and every one of them carries a piece of who we are.

We put real care into understanding what each client wants their home to become, then stay closely involved as that vision takes shape. The attention we give to the smallest details comes from something simple: we genuinely love what we do.

That’s why we’re proud of every home we create. Each one is personal, and each one receives the same commitment from the first idea to the final result.

This sketch will become the centre of the kitchen.

Riccardo Vicarelli is walking through the vision for the kitchen island at our JBR project.

At this stage, the idea is still on paper, but the design direction is already clear. A curved Beige Oman stone top will sit above a recessed cabinet base, creating a lighter and more sculptural presence in the room.

The pendant lights are being planned together with the island, so the whole area will feel intentional once built.

Years of experience make this stage precise: Riccardo can look at the drawing and already understand how the proportions will work in the real space.
