Spanning 8,000 sq ft, this thoughtfully designed workspace strikes a perfect balance between elegance and practicality. The result? A refined, light-filled environment that’s as welcoming as it is high-performing.

With flexibility at its core, the design caters to a range of working styles, from dynamic open-plan collaboration zones to 9 sleek private offices with glazed fronts, allowing natural light to flow throughout. The meeting suite includes three versatile rooms, one of which features a movable wall to easily adapt into a fourth space when needed.

Inspired by Scandinavian design principles, the palette blends warm wood finishes, soft textures, and muted hues. Standout lighting from Muuto and Wästberg brings a sculptural edge, while robust vinyl wood-effect flooring and custom carpet layouts create visual flow and comfort underfoot. Acoustic panels by Stansons bring both performance and design detail to the meeting areas.

About the Role:
In this role, you will assist our project and pre-construction teams with their day-to-day responsibilities. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the early stages of project delivery, from site surveys to costing documentation, as well as working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist in site surveys and gathering project requirements
✔️ Help prepare and manage costing documents and estimates
✔️ Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project accuracy
✔️ Support the project management team with project scheduling and resource allocation
✔️ Assist with procurement, tracking and managing project materials

About the Role:
You’ll be leading exciting commercial design and build interior projects from brief through to completion. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers — keeping everything on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
▪️End-to-end project management of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects
▪️Liaise with clients, design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
▪️Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables
▪️Conduct site visits, lead project meetings, and manage on-site teams
▪️Ensure compliance with H&S and CDM regulations
▪️Solve problems quickly and effectively
▪️Guide and support junior team members

About You:

We've had a new project start this week. Work has already begun and our site team is now well underway with the strip-out phase!

Over the next 11 weeks, this tired space will undergo a full Cat B fit-out, transforming it into something truly exceptional.

New flooring, finishes, furniture, and a complete spatial redesign.
The old partitions are coming down—making way for a space with flow and feel.

We're building 6 offices, a meeting room, a new kitchen, and a breakout area.

Together with our client, we’ve embedded their brand identity into every detail of the design—and we’re SO excited to see it all come to life.

We've designed and fine-tuned the vision, and now we're bringing it to life.

One of our designers is working on a physical moodboard for an upcoming project. While much of our work happens on screen, the tactile phase is just as essential — our studio is packed with material samples so we can explore how textures, tones, and finishes come together in real life.

We believe great spaces are not just seen — they're felt. Clerkenwell Design Week 2025: What We Loved

CDW returned with fresh momentum this year, filling showrooms and the streets of Clerkenwell with bold ideas and a clear message: design is becoming more human, more tactile, and more conscious.

We spent time exploring showrooms, installations, and pop-ups, and came away inspired by the warmth and substance of what’s emerging. Earthy tones like terracotta, paprika, and mocha set a grounded mood, layered with matt finishes and muted metalwork. Texture took centre stage — from sculptural bouclé to thick weaves that begged to be touched.

Furniture forms are softening too — rounded corners, plush silhouettes, and comforting curves now dominate, reflecting a shift toward spaces that prioritise both style and wellbeing. Playfulness popped up in unexpected places, like Alex Chinneck’s surreal brick sculpture that twisted reclaimed steel into something magical.

And perhaps most important: sustainability is no longer a statement — it’s a standard. Recycled, reclaimed, and bio-based materials weren’t hidden; they were front and centre, integrated with confidence.

CDW 2025 wasn’t just about how things look — it was about how they feel, how they’re made, and how they connect to the way we really live.
