Been a while since I posted!
I thought I’d share the most recent bathroom, finished last week. Before and after shots - can you tell which are which?

It’s been a busy year. I’ve undergone spine surgery, renovated several bathrooms, one custom kitchen and a few bits of general renovation in other rooms that are neither bathroom nor kitchen.

I recently finished this downstairs WC for the world’s loveliest clients near Wexham Park Hospital. Tired, old, needing a refurbishment. And the WC was exactly the same. Before and after photos included.

Occasionally I get a bathroom to renovate that’s not a standard layout, and has underlying problems that need addressing. These are the ones I enjoy the most. This one was for the loveliest couple in Rickmansworth whose old bathroom was beset with dry rot and structural issues caused by substandard work previously that had failed and the water damage was considerable. Not a problem, all well within my comfort zone and the client’s choices of tiles and layout was great fun to create. I really enjoyed this one, and as you can see from the before and after photos their house is much better off with the finished bathroom.

Latest bathroom completed by myself. This one had more challenges than an entire season of TaskMaster. The start of rot, a knot of terribly done plumbing under the floor and crumbly, warped and non-vertical walls. Fortunately I love a challenge and wrestled everything back to perfection.
