The Sneaky Roof Problem That Causes Most Ceiling Damp.

It's usually not a broken tile. It's the lead flashing and most people don't even know what that is.

Lead flashing seals the joints where your roof meets vertical surfaces - chimney stacks, Velux windows, dormer sides, parapet walls. When it cracks, shrinks, or lifts over time, water tracks down behind it and into your ceilings.
