We are in the final stages of the planning process for this new build 5 x flat scheme in East London.

Excited for the client as it developing and bringing back to use a vacant garage site on a residential street and re-purposing it for high quality residential use.

A PRE-APPLICATION submission was used initially to establish the viability of the site and to bring the council onside with a collaborative working approach. Working with the council is essential to obtain positive outcomes for this kind of development.

The PLANNING APPLICATION was made adapting the initial scheme so that it more closely aligned with what the council would want to see in terms of density of site occupation, massing and design.

Council's only have 8 weeks to determine a planning application... this includes public consultation, internal consultations and site visits... so really not much time at all!

ROC haus always aims to get it right the first time. We never submit a planning application with a wing and a prayer... Strategy is EVERYTHING! We are thus looking forward to a positive outcome from planning for this scheme shortly!
