Full roof transformation on this one 🔨🏠

Stripped it right back to the rafters, installed new breathable membrane and battens, then finished it off with fresh tiles for a clean, long-lasting finish. Also sorted the dormer and leadwork to make sure everything’s watertight and looking sharp.

From tired and worn ➡️ solid, secure, and built to last.

Customer wanted new felt bay from there old lead bay & new guttering all way round it

Took of old lead bay saw the damage so had to repair with ply wood

Then put 2 layers of underlay felt for protection and any future proof

Then put layers of felts cutouts for the hardwood drips for the edges and then put hardwood drips all the way round the bay roof

Then put a final top layer of felt

Stripped it all of to find the problem and change the rotten timber

Put on a top layer of ply wood and layed a layer of underlay.

Then a second layer of top layer felt to finish it off

Prepared the mortar for laying bricks

Then places all the brick in the original design/pattern with the block in the middle

Then cleaned up and brushed down the wall for the perfect finish
