⚡️ Running dedicated power supplies to the manufacturing machinery

⚙️ Fitting an MCCB distribution panel to distribute power and protect the larger machine circuits

A large-scale industrial fire alarm system installed across three warehouses and associated office areas. 🏭🏢

Scope of works included:

📍 Point detection/Call points throughout the offices and warehouse perimeters
💨 Aspirating smoke detection system within the main warehouse areas
🔗 Networked fire alarm panels across the entire site
✅ System testing and commissioning
📐 Over 22,500 m² of fire-detection coverage provided across the project

📋 All works were completed in accordance with site-specific RAMS and permit-to-work procedures, ensuring the project was delivered safely and professionally. ✅🦺

A recent Industrial installation completed by the team⚡️👷🏻‍♂️

Scope of works included:

⚡️ 3-phase Schneider Acti9
distribution board

💡 LED high-bay lighting throughout

🚨 Emergency lighting throughout

💡 LED flood lighting around the external perimeter

⚡️New electrical supplies for the roller doors, CCTV and diesel pump

Full testing, commissioning & handover ✅

💡 The new LED lighting provides improved light levels and visibility throughout the site, while also helping to reduce energy consumption, running costs and ongoing maintenance. ♻️⚡️

🦺 All works were carried out in conjunction with the site RAMS and completed under the appropriate Permit to Work procedures, ensuring the project was delivered safely and professionally within an operational environment.

✅ Another project safely completed, tested, commissioned and handed over.
