Faults are fixed the same day of call out or in the case of being a repair that needs a special part an intercom repair engineer will attend site with the relevant parts as soon as possible, when the parts have been fitted we will test the system and issue an invoice with a guarantee on the repair for a time based on the condition and age of the system. This is normally a year but depending on the age of the system it can be up to two years.
