Precision is everything in this game. 👇🏽

Using the Testo 510i to run a tightness test and caught an ECV letting by. 3 mbar to be exact.

One of the best parts about using smart tools is the instant reporting.

I can shoot the full measurement protocol straight to the customer so they have a paper trail for when Cadent arrives.

I don't usually work on toilets, but I don't mind doing a standard close couple.

Got caught out on this one though with a 2 inch outlet and I didn't have the right size close couple kit with me. Luckily the existing one wasn't in bad nick so I was able to reuse it.

New inlet valve, flush valve and donut washer and tested with no leaks 👌🏾

The handy wingnut tool that gifted me many years ago is still coming in handy today 🙌🏾

It started as a routine visit, but it quickly became clear this boiler was living up to its name in the worst way possible. 👇🏽

Finding a split main heat exchanger is never the news a customer wants to hear, but it’s exactly why regular servicing is non-negotiable. This kind of failure can lead to internal leaks, pressure loss, and eventually, a cold house. 📉
