Deborah Kirkup We strongly disagree with this review and feel it misrepresents what actually happened.
The work originally agreed was to repair one flat roof. During the job, additional issues were identified and, with the customer’s knowledge, we carried out repairs to two further flat roofs to properly seal them and prevent further damage. In total, three flat roofs were completed.
The agreed cost for the work was £2,000, however only £600 has been paid despite the additional work being completed. Our intention was simply to ensure the roofs were properly sealed and protected, which ultimately saved the customer from further problems.
We take pride in our work and treat all customers with respect. We certainly do not take advantage of anyone, and we always aim to provide honest advice and quality workmanship. We are disappointed that this situation has led to such a review when significant work was completed in good faith.
If the customer would like to resolve the outstanding balance or discuss the matter further, we remain open to doing so directly.
