Salt Lakes Environmental Centre, exterior view.

An opening to the roof collects rainwater in the public space below. Acting as a cooling mechanism, it carries the seasonal transformations of the Salt Lakes landscape, holding water during the winter and forming salt pans during the dry summer.

The proposal was awarded an honourable mention, public competition.
