🏗️ Back on Site at Leas Lift, Folkestone 👷‍♂️🍁

Maple Carpentry is back at the iconic Leas Lift, working alongside Apex Contractors on the first fix carpentry for the brand-new café/restaurant extension to the historic ticket office. The timber frame is taking shape on this stunning clifftop site overlooking the Folkestone coastline.

It's a real privilege to play such an integral part in bringing this project to life — especially on a site with so much heritage. Having already been heavily involved in the internal joinery, it's fantastic to now see the structure grow from the ground up, and we can't wait to see the finished result alongside the team at Apex Contractors.

🍁🚪New project underway at the Magistrates Court 🔥🔨

Maple Carpentry is proud to be installing new fire doors and carrying out comprehensive fire stopping works throughout the building to ensure safety and compliance.

Great effort so far from Chris & Scott, along with all the operatives on site — the progress to date has been fantastic. Looking forward to seeing this project through to completion.🕺

🔥🚪Another quality installations completed by the Maple Team— newly fitted front entrance FD30S PAS24 doorsets for The Crown Estate. Solid work put in by all the lads on this one 👊 great teamwork and attention to detail throughout, exactly what the job demands. 🔨🪚
Plenty more door projects in the pipeline… we keep moving.

🍁🪚Exceptional work by our talented carpenters Dave and Salius at the Leas Lift in Folkestone 👏🔨
The team carefully removed the existing timber roof and set it aside for reinstatement, before stripping out all the old windows and doors. These were expertly replaced with newly manufactured joinery-made windows and a new door, bringing fresh life to the structure while respecting its character.
They then reinstated the existing timber rafters and installed a new plywood roof, leaving everything perfectly prepared for the roofing team.
A great effort all round from the boys – workmanship and care at its best 💪

A huge shoutout to our Director Robert, who took part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday 🏃‍♂️🪚🔨
Running in support of Shelter, Robert smashed it and raised an incredible £700.00 for a great cause. A fantastic effort both on and off the course — Not just Carpentry and passive fire protection
