When we first turned up, the house was showing every year of its age. Bricks blowing, pointing washed out, cracks running through the stone cills and window heads. Up top, the chimneys and parapets were soaking up every bit of rain going.

We didn’t patch it. We did it properly.

200 bricks repaired or swapped for proper matches. 80m² raked out and repointed in lime, not cement, because an old house like this needs to breathe. Stone cills and window heads repaired so they keep their detail. Chimneys repointed, flaunching rebuilt, and new copings on the parapets with a DPC underneath so the water stops getting in.
