Proud to share the successful completion of our Fire Remediation Project in Eastbourne.

I’m very pleased to see this challenging project delivered to completion and the building's fantastic transformation.

The works included extensive façade remediation across several existing façade types, including:

✅ Cladding replacement
✅ Render remediation
✅ Fire barriers
✅ Membranes
✅ Balcony decking
✅ Associated façade works

One of the biggest challenges on this project was working around the **existing external gas installation and pipework running across the building elevations**.

This required careful planning, coordination and cooperation between all trades to maintain **safety, quality and programme** while progressing the remediation works.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in delivering the project.

✅ Monday to Friday
✅ Only 1 hour per day
🕔 Preferred: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
🔄 A flexible schedule can be arranged.

We are recruiting experienced Fixers and Fixer Mates for a long-term fire remedial project in Eastbourne.

📍 Location: Wakehurst Road, Eastbourne

📅 Start date: 02 February 2026
📅 Duration: 18 months

🕒 Working hours: Mon–Fri, 07:30–17:00
• No Saturdays / No weekends
• No overtime at the moment

💷 Rates (CIS / UTR / LTD):
✅ If commuting daily:
• Fixer: £220/day
• Fixer Mate (Traffic Marshal): £180/day

✅ If accommodation is provided (digs):
• Fixer: £200/day
• Fixer Mate (Traffic Marshal): £160/day

Requirements

Fixers: Fire remedial experience, NVQ, PASMA (preferred), all relevant training/certificates, own tools.
