🏡 **PLANNING PERMISSION APPROVED – HOUSE TO 2 FLATS IN HOUNSLOW** ✅

Another great result for **SY Design Studio** – we’ve secured **planning permission** for the conversion of an existing family house in **Hounslow** into **2 self-contained residential flats**. 👏

This wasn’t a simple “submit and wait” application. During the process we had to work closely with the planning officer and respond to a number of detailed comments, including:

✔ Revising the parking layout to satisfy highways requirements
✔ Removing the potential for rear parking and redesigning the frontage
✔ Introducing soft landscaping, boundary treatment and compliant cycle storage
✔ Preparing and submitting all supporting planning documents
