We're delighted to have started work on an industrial project in Aldershot for the CAs at Savills. This instruction takes us back to the Springlakes Industrial Estate for the second time, as we refurbished Unit 2 previously.

Our Founder Director, Peter Smith, and his friend Terpe - who will be leading us up (and down) the mountains during our National Three Peaks Challenge on 4th July - recently completed a practice climb of Scafell Pike.

We’re pleased to say they finished the trail in just three and a half hours, which is exactly the pace we’re aiming for on the day.

To celebrate 25 years creating spaces that work for people, Open Contracts is taking on the Three Peaks Challenge on 4th July and raising funds for GOSH Charity.

The Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England, and Wales within 24 hours, with a total walking distance of 23 miles (37km) and a total ascent of 10,052 ft (3064 m).
