A Cat A+ office refurbishment provides both landlord and tenant with a ready-to-use workspace.

It combines the essentials of a traditional Cat A fit-out with tailored features from Cat B designs, creating an attractive and functional environment for businesses to move into quickly and easily.

We're proud to share our team's hard work in adhering to H&S standards and regulation, resulting in excellent H&S scores across our live project sites.

On this occasion, we achieved an AA rating at our industrial site in Orpington.

Last week our Office Manager Kathryn Kane volunteered at Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park, where she put her gardening skills to good use helping the conservation team maintain their delicate ecosystems for the benefit of local wildlife.

The Ecology Park has been open to the public since 2002 - it's a well-established biodiverse urban ecology environment in the heart of Greenwich, which is maintained by the park wardens and their dedicated volunteers.

Not only did Kathryn enjoy the experience, she's also contributed towards our goal of raising £25k in our 25th year, as her day of volunteering will add £500 to the pot. So far, as a team, we've raised an impressive £22k.

On Friday 11th September our Operations Director Karen Smith and her daughter Sienna successfully completed the Thames Moonlight 10 - walking 10 miles and raising over £1,500 for The Brain Tumour Charity.
