Full flat roof overhaul completed! Here is how the team brought this structure back to life:
1. The Problem: Stripped back cracked, worn-out old felt to reveal the damaged base below.
2. The Base: Laid down fresh OSB decking to provide a solid, level substrate.
3. The Protection: Added a high-performance underlayment membrane.
4. The Finish: Torched on a durable mineral cap sheet for a clean, watertight seal along every edge and parapet.

we took this tired, weathered flat roof and gave it a massive upgrade. After a deep clean and prep, we reinforced the chimney and edges to kill off any leaks before applying a high-performance liquid membrane. The result is a seamless, modern grey finish that’s 100% waterproof and built to last.

Stripped out the old lead flashing and raked out the joints ready for new.

Installed new lead in sections, dressed it in properly and made sure overlaps were right to keep everything watertight. Secured it into the joints and pointed up.

Added a stop bead to the render for a neat finish where it meets the lead.

All done and checked over, no issues.
