Another CAT A fit-out nearing completion in WC1!

The team at Emit Electrical Ltd are on track to complete this project by the end of the week, getting the office space ready for its new tenants.

The works have included:

🔹 Minor strip-out of existing power circuits
🔹 Installation of new power and mechanical distribution boards
🔹 Rewiring of cleaners’ sockets
🔹 Rewiring of the lighting system
🔹 Transitioning the building’s lighting control system from Zumtobel DALI to Prologic

The lighting system changeover has involved close coordination with the lighting specialists and building management team to ensure everything comes together smoothly.

Another project nearing the finish line, with our team delivering the electrical works needed to get this space ready for its next chapter.

ANOTHER PROJECT COMPLETE!

We're pleased to showcase our latest completed Cat A fit-out, successfully delivered by the team at Emit Electrical Ltd.

This project went really well, especially considering the challenging site logistics and design changes we had to navigate along the way.

Through teamwork, flexibility and plenty of hard work, we've delivered another great result!

🔹 100+ linear light fittings
🔹 Exit signage
🔹 27 fan coil units and associated controls
🔹 Fire alarm system with 50+ heads across two loops

A big well done to everyone involved in getting this one over the line!

Another fantastic milestone for Emit Electrical Ltd.

We're proud to announce that we've successfully secured a second unit at our Crossways project in Dartford. With Unit 6 now over halfway through, we're excited to begin a complete electrical fit-out on Unit 4.

This is a great achievement for our team and a reflection of the quality, commitment and trust we've built with our client. We look forward to delivering another successful project.

The Car park containment installation at Leven Road is well and truly underway.

Our team are on track to complete all areas on schedule, enabling the IDNO to proceed with the installation of supply cables from the substation to each block.

Thanks to the strong performance of our labour on site, we’ve now been awarded the primary containment works across the final two blocks.

We are also currently in discussions to secure the full shell and core package in the coming weeks.

Great progress all round, credit to the team delivering on site.
