We're delighted to share that our first substantial project for our valued client, Hill Partnership, is nearing practical completion at Watling Gardens.

The project has encompassed full hard and soft landscaping works, including brickwork, steelwork, a MUGA (multi-use games area), as well as play and gym facilities. It's been a comprehensive scheme that our team has worked incredibly hard to deliver.

A big well done to our site team for their dedication and commitment throughout this project. We'd also like to extend our thanks to Hill's site team for their excellent support and collaboration – it's made a real difference to how smoothly things have progressed.

A new scheme is now underway in Belvedere for a valued repeat client.

This project involves a large cut and fill exercise, extensive drainage works, and the installation of a full concrete surface. It’s a substantial package of groundworks, and a great example of the kind of projects we’re proud to deliver.

We’ll be sharing regular updates as the site progresses and the scheme starts to take shape.

Final works are now complete at Aylesbury Estate for our valued client, Vistry.
The new road formation has been delivered to a high standard and the development is now fully open to the public. Our scope included a combination of soft and hard landscaping, as well as 278 works, all carried out with careful coordination to support the wider scheme.

A big thank you to our site team for their continued hard work and for delivering another successful project.

At KRK Projects, we continue to demonstrate our expertise within the reinforced concrete sector through complex and demanding schemes.

Our recent work on what is known as the Network Building, delivered for Keltbray, is a prime example. This project featured an exposed concrete core with a fine finish, requiring a high level of precision and craftsmanship throughout.

It was a fast-paced and technically challenging scheme, but our dedicated workforce performed exceptionally, meeting all targets while maintaining the quality we pride ourselves on.

The finished result is a testament to the hard work and professionalism of our site team, and we are proud to have played a key role in delivering such a high-standard structure.

📍 BEAR STREET, LEICESTER SQUARE

KRK Projects recently completed a scheme in central London for our long-standing client, Montway.

Works included:

- Ground floor demolition and removal
- Basement underpinning and basement dig out
- Installation of the basement slab and liner walls
- Construction of a seven-storey frame, comprising six floors and a roof level
- Temporary works steel installation

Located in the middle of Leicester Square, this project required strict coordination, with all deliveries restricted to the 6am–10am window. Despite the logistical constraints, the team successfully delivered the project ahead of programme.

Our hard and soft landscaping project for Hills Partnerships is progressing well and is now fully underway.

The following elements are currently in progress:

Soft landscaping
Resin surfacing
Brickwork and paving
Highways (Section 278) works

The team has advanced ahead of schedule—congratulations to everyone involved on their excellent efforts. We will share the final product at the back end of summer.

Proud to showcase images from our recent project for Vistry Partnerships, where we delivered a range of high-quality landscaping and enabling works.

Here’s what the project included:
✅ Hard and soft landscaping throughout the courtyard area
✅ Installation of service ducts and a temporary deep drainage connection to enable North Block occupancy during medical centre works
✅ Installation of all street furniture
✅ Formation of tree pits and planting of trees
✅ Rubber mulch installation in the play area
✅ Enabling works to relocate the site welfare cabins
✅ A final clean for handover, ensuring the space was ready for use

We’re proud to present our work for Vistry Partnerships, delivering a comprehensive landscaping and enabling works package to the highest standards.

This project involved both hard and soft landscaping within the courtyard area, including the installation of all service ducts and a temporary deep drainage connection to ensure North Block could remain occupied during ongoing works at the medical centre.

Our team installed all street furniture, formed tree pits, and completed the installation of trees, creating a well-designed and functional outdoor space. We also carried out enabling works to facilitate the relocation of the site welfare cabins and completed the rubber mulch installation for the play area.

Finally, we were entrusted with the final cleaning for handover, ensuring the site was ready for use and met the client’s exacting standards.
