🔥 THROWN IN AT THE DEEP END... AND HE SMASHED IT! 🔥
This week, the team wrapped up another fantastic flat roofing project in Wallington, and what a job it turned out to be! 🏠☀️
With temperatures soaring, every single member of the team gave 100%. Working on a roof in this kind of heat is no joke, but everyone dug deep, kept pushing, and delivered a finish we're incredibly proud of.
A massive shout-out has to go to The Prospect, AKA Kieran. 👏
Just 4 months ago, Kieran joined Just Right Roofing with very little roofing experience. This week, he tackled his very first flat roof, and honestly... he absolutely smashed it! Watching his confidence, knowledge and workmanship grow every week has been brilliant to see.
As a business owner, there's something incredibly rewarding about passing on the skills I've learnt over the years and watching someone develop into a proper roofer. Kieran, we're all proud of you, mate. Keep working hard, stay humble, and this is only the beginning. 💪
