The management of these mansion flats proposed to develop better working accommodation for their concierge staff, tidy up the entrance area and improve its appearance. What's not to like you'd think. But they ran into planning objections.
We have now got them planning permission for everything they wanted. From the clients today:

"Oh well done – thank you.
I must admit that I was very close to giving up before and I know that we would not have achieved this without your help and knowledge,
Please submit your invoice and I will be very happy to pay it."

We helped a group of residents in Sydenham who were concerned about a development which had not been built in accordance with the plans. The developer has now received an enforcement notice. We've just received these kind words from our client:
"I think you can be rightly proud of getting the local authority to see sense and to take the appropriate action, supported by your report.
I look forward to working with you again - but in the meantime, if I can usefully sing your praises to a potential client, please give them my contact details. "

It took time to get planning permission for the extensions these clients wanted at their home in LB Richmond on Thames. But using a combination of permitted development and planning permissions we got there. It was great to receive this:

"Many thanks for bringing this wonderful news to us and the job is now done. Took so long so that I can't remember when was the first day we got it started.
We are truly enjoyed working with you and admiring your top expertise for your area. Would recommend you to all of my friends without reserve.
Once again many thanks for your kind support all way long."

We have won two appeals allowing two families to get more space at their homes. London Borough of Wandsworth argued that the roof extensions would harm the appearance of the 1990s estate. We proved this was incorrect.
