We're pleased to announce our role in the design and delivery of Eltiera Views, the latest BSBG +studio design for Ellington Properties.

Eltiera Views is comprised of four residential towers, each arranged over three podium levels and 26 storeys, alongside a standalone amenity building featuring a large gym, spa and hydrotherapy suites, cinema room, and dedicated studios for pilates, yoga, strength training, and dance, with retail and F&B spaces at ground level.

BSBG is the Concept Architect, Executive Architect, Lead Consultant, Structural Engineer, and Interior Designer on the project.

We're delighted to announce the continuation of our long-standing partnerships with Brookfield Properties and Meraas on Solaya, a luxury beachfront residential development located in Jumeirah 1, Dubai.

BSBG is the Executive Architect, Architect of Record, and Executive Structural Engineer on the project, and will also provide Construction Supervision services.

Construction Update | Eywa Dubai

In the second of our construction updates from EYWA Dubai, we join Bojan Stankovic, Project Director, on a guided tour around the unique residential tower, located in Business Bay.

BSBG is the Lead Consultant, Executive Architect, and Structural Engineer, and is also providing Construction Supervision on the project.

EYWA Dubai is an ultra-luxury 22,000 m2 residential development featuring a G+19 tower with a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom apartments. There are just 48 apartments in total, with the smallest two-bedroom space sized at 200 m2 plus balcony. Each apartment has its own whirlpool bath, while the two penthouse levels each feature a private swimming pool.

The tower has now topped out, and internal finishings have started.

Construction Update | One River Point

Construction at One River Point is now one year into the programme, with the residential tower reaching level 8. In our first construction update at the project, we join Lead Architect Samir El-Nagieb as he guides us around some of the key areas of the site and updates us on the progress.

Designed by BSBG +studio, the award-winning One River Point is a G+44 residential tower situated upon the banks of Dubai Canal featuring 295 units with a mix of studios, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and duplexes, as well as three penthouses.

The project also presents a variety of world-class amenities focused on well-being and sophistication, which include a yoga studio and an immersive room – an innovative new feature space designed with full projector screens that stretch from wall to wall, enveloping visitors in a unique visual journey.

In addition to both the architectural and interior design, BSBG is the Lead Consultant, Executive Architect and Interior Designer, Structural Engineer, and is also providing Construction Supervision throughout the programme.

We're pleased to announce our role in the development of the third phase of Friary Park Estate, a joint venture scheme between Peabody and Mount Anvil.

The scheme will provide 1,228 new homes, a new community centre, connected public realm and green spaces in one of the key development areas in London.

BSBG is engaged as the Lead Design Consultant on the project, and is also taking on the role of Building Regulation Principal Designer (BRPD).
