Is you’re bi fold door not running as smoothly as it could be ? This door was approximately 17 years old and the bottom hinge and guide had worn , we fitted a direct replacement and now the door sits square and runs smoothly.

We don’t install wooden gates anymore. I took the decision to stop installing wooden gates and posts a couple of years ago , no matter how good the quality of the wood or the joinery shop making the gates , there’s always something going to happen with them, clients don’t maintain them , then they move , swell , rot , yes they look nice at the start but the cracks show after a while.

Another aluminium gate installed today as you can see from the rotten pile of wood on the side we didn’t even have to remove the old gate , that fell off 3 months ago.

New gate has been powder coated to the cilents exact colour to match the walls and doors when the painters start next week.

Factory fitted lock and strike interfaced with existing intercom.

Some before and after pictures from one of the locksmiths today, this customer had just brought this property the previous owner had brown parcel tape over the lock holes to stop the draft for 20 years and no way of locking the door , we found the closest size lock , cleaned up the doors , adjusted as required new handles and cylinder and they now have a functioning door again

Not all gates are created equal, in fact some security products can cause a false sense of security.

This customer had a bar gate on their front door , they expected it to be secure unfortunately a small crow bar flexed the lightweight construction open and lead to a burglary. We were tasked with replacing it with something more secure and safer in the event of a fire

Full box section frame and gate , fully welded seams (no quick tack welds here like I see on some gates) , clad with solid and perforated sheet to allow visibility but no access to the inside thumbturn.

The other advantages of the systems we use is no matter what size cylinder you need we can assemble on site to suit the door.
