Our Underhill project is nearing completion on site, and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished photography soon.

The design is conceived as a deliberate architectural contrast to the original London terrace home. The extension is wrapped in timber, with structural arched openings that create a distinctive and beautifully crafted home, centred around a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area connected to the garden.

Great progress on site in Kingston upon Thames, where the structural steelwork is now in place for the new ground floor extension.

Our design reconfigures the whole house. On the ground floor the generous extension creates a spacious kitchen and dining area, a family living room and a dedicated utility room.

The upper floors have also been carefully remodelled, with a new loft staircase leading to two ensuite bedrooms created within a pair of new dormer extensions, maximising the space available.

So pleased with how Aveley Lane is taking shape. With the main construction now complete, the project is entering its final stages, with only the finishing touches left to be done.

The design transformation is remarkable, with the house now totally unrecognisable from the original bungalow, swipe to see the before photo.

Great to see Corner House starting on site.

This new project is located in Farnham, the project transforms the existing home through a full refurbishment, sustainable retrofit and a substantial extension.

Our design reconfigures the ground floor layout to improve internal flow, creating a generous kitchen and living space at the heart of the home with seamless connection to the garden.

On the first floor the extension adds an additional ensuite bedroom, connected to the existing house by a beautifully crafted, cloister style corridor.

We have been working alongside , helping to design and deliver this contemporary garden studio in Maida Vale, London.

While the planning process presented a number of challenges, persistence paid off and permission was ultimately secured on appeal.

Seeing the studio take shape has been incredibly rewarding, and with completion now in sight, we can’t wait to share the finished result.

Detail design drawings for the new timber-framed extension at Combe House, near Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Replacing a cold and damp side extension, the new contemporary addition will provide a light-filled dining and seating space, featuring exposed timber structure and generous glazing. A glazed link will connect the extension to the extensively remodelled country house.

Planning consent was secured in Q4 last year, with works expected to commence on site later this year.

Aveley Lane, site update.

We visited site this week and are very pleased to see the main construction almost completed.

The windows are due to be installed by the end of the month, and internally we are looking forward to seeing the plastering commence next.

Our design transforms an existing bungalow through carefully considered extension, remodelling and sustainable upgrade, delivering a beautifully contemporary four- bedroom family home.
