From final decorating and external works to the last pieces being fitted and signed off, this stage is where months of construction come together.

The final stages are all about bringing the different elements together.

Outside, the landscaping is taking shape with large-format paving, boundary detailing and the garden areas being prepared and finished.

Close-up details show the different textures coming together, from the stonework and horizontal cladding to the paving underfoot.

Part 1 of 3 | Final Touches in New Malden

We’re now at one of the most rewarding stages of this New Malden home, preparing everything for our clients to move in.

Their belongings have arrived from Spain, and while the move begins, our team is working through the final details throughout the house.

From careful touch-ups around the feature staircase and joinery to final checks across the bathrooms, utility spaces, kitchen and exterior, every area is being prepared for handover.

After seeing this home progress through every stage of construction, it’s great to reach the point where it starts becoming a lived-in family home rather than a building site.

This living space in Purley brings together soft whites, warm brown tones and black detailing to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The large skylight fills the room with natural light, while the black framed windows and doors create a strong connection to the garden.

Curved openings soften the space, complemented by the built in media wall, timber detailing, recessed display niches and long shelving.

This bathroom in Purley brings together soft-toned natural stone, fluted wall detailing, rich timber joinery and warm bronze fittings to create a space that feels both refined and relaxing.

Chiswick Transformation | Part 3 of 3

The final stage is where months of planning, coordination and craftsmanship come together.

In the final part of our Chiswick series, we follow the team through the finishing stages, from coordinating material deliveries and completing detailed joinery to staircase finishing, sealing, final adjustments and positioning the last interior elements.

It’s these final details that bring every stage of the build together, with different trades working alongside one another to make sure everything is completed to the standard expected.

To close the series, our Project Manager Andrii Hashchyn talks us through the final stages and reflects on the work involved in bringing the transformation to completion.

This may be the end of our behind-the-scenes Chiswick series, but it’s not the last you’ll see of this home.
