COMMUNAL AREA TRANSFORMATION | WHYTELEAFE, SURREY 🏢

A recent waterproofing project completed on behalf of a local authority in Whyteleafe.

This communal bin-storage area is situated directly above a basement room, making reliable waterproofing essential. Following careful preparation, we installed a fully reinforced Polyroof Protec liquid waterproofing system, including detailed waterproofing around the perimeter upstands, wall junctions, threshold and pipe penetrations.

The main area was finished using Polygrip and a clear protective coat, creating a durable, slip-resistant surface capable of withstanding heavy foot traffic and the regular movement of bins and furniture.

The result is a tired concrete area transformed into a clean, hard-wearing and fully waterproofed communal space, while protecting the room below.

DLJones supporting All Saints Sanderstead. ⛪️

Over the past year, DL Jones CPS Ltd has been proud to work alongside All Saints, delivering a phased programme of roofing inspections, repairs and planned maintenance across the church and its associated hall buildings.
