Clients have the flexibility to utilise our expertise in Design only, Design & Build or Build only. The team works hard to exceed client expectations and produce designs which not only create amazing new spaces, but are also practical and affordable to build. We work with homeowners to maximise the space they have available, all within local planning guidelines. We have completed in excess of 400 projects, and have an unrivalled success rate at gaining planning permission for home extensions and loft conversions across London.

One of Design Team’s most popular projects is the complete renovation and extension of this family home in Finsbury Park.

The new space is flooded with natural light, thanks to the four large architectural skylights along the side return, and the full width Crittall doors which lead directly onto a landscaped garden.

We also completed a full refurbishment of the ground floor, adding a Crittall screen between the front reception rooms. It is now a breathtaking home they proudly show off to family and friends while entertaining.

Therapia Road is one our most popular projects. Located in Dulwich, the extension is sensitive to the existing house whilst adding a striking new space.

The use of glass panorama doors which open fully at 90 ° results in an incredible opening of light, and beautiful views of the garden.

The finished project is a modern and clean extension; which is architecturally bold, aesthetically pleasing and highly functional – built perfectly for purpose.

The sunshine and hints of spring we’ve had this week have definitely been a welcome distraction! With the sunshine set to continue over the weekend, and temperatures possibility reaching 20 degrees, it certainly makes you want to bring the outside in! By using full width sliding doors, an all glass roof along the side return and even a fixed pain skylight, our designer has maximised the light flooding into this ground floor extension and has made the most of the views outside.

This gorgeous home is functional and full of natural light thanks to the big original sash windows we retained in the design. We love the textured wooden breakfast bar that wraps around the central island and the full wall or units along the back gives the client plenty of storage space. Crittall or Crittal Style is extremely popular at the moment and a number of our clients have chosen to use them on their ground floor extensions. The fixed glazing panels each side of central double doors allows the same amount of natural light in as full width doors but the smaller opening changes the dynamic and flow of the space to offer an alternative feel to your extension.
