A full refresh of this Holland Park rooftop, starting from the ground up. We removed the old timber decking and installed a new flat roof system, DuoSpan aluminium subframe and Millboard decking throughout.

We also added new wireless lighting and uplighting across the planters, working alongside RMC Elctrical Ltd

And somehow, eight trees came down from the rooftop in the process 😅

One of the best parts of our job is seeing our clients so happy with the results👏

What started as an unused roof space has been completely transformed. We secured planning permission, created a new flat roof with frosted glass balustrades for added privacy, installed Millboard decking and created a new doorway for easy access to the space.
