🏡 A successful renovation doesn’t happen by chance—it happens through good planning, informed decisions, and the right team from day one.
This project is now well underway on site, and as the appointed architect overseeing the works, my role doesn’t stop once the drawings are approved.
This week, I visited the Homebuilding & Renovating Show to explore the latest products, materials, and innovations that could add real value to this project. From glazing systems and lighting to doors, finishes and smart home technology, every decision plays a part in the final result.
One thing I’ve learnt after working on hundreds of residential projects is this:
The most successful renovations aren’t always the biggest or the most expensive—they’re the ones where every decision is carefully considered before it’s made.
My job is to help clients avoid costly mistakes, coordinate the design and construction process, and ensure the finished home not only looks incredible but works perfectly for the family living in it.
