HEH have been excellent. We were recommended by friends years ago and they have hands down been the reliable, professional and excellent central heating specialists everyone needs.
Years after installation we don’t hesitate to have them in to service and Alison has just been incredibly efficient and knowledgable in relation to information we need for the sale of our home.
We will definitely be looking to use them again to replace the boiler in our next home.

Our lovely customer, whom we’ve been looking after since 2007, had their boiler finally give up the ghost this week.
We replaced the old Worcester Bosch Greenstar 37CDi we originally installed with a new Worcester Bosch 4000, 30kw combination boiler, installed in the same loft location.
The original 37CDi lasted well beyond its 7-year guarantee at the time — a great run!
The new boiler comes with a 10-year warranty, giving our customer plenty of peace of mind in the years ahead.
Thank you, James, for your continued support; repeat business is especially important to us.
