Victorian House Transformation | Richmond

This project wasn’t straightforward.

Being in a conservation area meant a long planning process, multiple discussions with the council, neighbour consultations, party wall agreements and even an appeal before we could finally get approval.

After months of persistence, we secured all the necessary consents and delivered this beautiful kitchen extension.

The result is a bright open-plan living space with large glazed openings, modern slim-frame doors, plenty of natural light and a stunning patio area that completely transforms how the house is used.

Sometimes the hardest projects create the best results.

Big transformation on this one.

A lot of structural work, complicated roof design and plenty of detailing throughout the build, but worth it once everything came together.

The curved staircase, roof lines and loft spaces completely changed this house.
