Our latest design and build extension in Eltham, SE9 has the go-ahead from Royal Borough of Greenwich: a single storey rear extension, designed and built by S & M Solutions Design and Build.

The Thames Water build-over agreement and structural design are already sorted, including deeper foundations to deal with nearby trees. It's the unglamorous stuff nobody sees, and it's what makes the build run properly.
