When K&D was approached with this beautiful chocolate shop concept by Built.Works for barnabychocolatebars we knew this was definitely a project we wanted to be a part of.

The entire shopfront was constructed with European Oak using traditional tenon joints and tusk detailing, stained in a Teknos coating system to.

Internal joinery features a bespoke bar unit for staff to display the delicious chocolate. The walls are clad with veneered panels framed with solid Oak creating that warm atmosphere to invite passersby in. Interiors decorated beautifully by TOM MORRIS

Proud to hear the project was also shortlisted in the 2025 Architects Journal Small Projects! Architects' Journal

This home underwent an extensive renovation, with a complete external façade restoration, front door, windows and porch replacement - all by K&D.

This project balanced the original character of the property with a modern twist. From the intricate detailing of the timber porch to the bespoke windows and vibrant front door, every element was considered to complement the existing architecture.

Beautiful stained glass by Tenby & Penny Ltd and the door is finished in a RAL 2017 🍊
