Flat in Marvila (Lisbon) - Layout remodelling of a large, light-filled property in the riverside of Marvila with the Tejo river as the main view.
The design transformed the uniformity of a large monofunctional living area, by creating a multifunctional layout with a large open living and entertainment area, together with a series of functional and private spaces to be used by both the owners, as comfortable accommodation, as well as a short-term rental property with maximising rent value for the vacant period.
A large glass spans is designed to separate the terrace with internal living space to take advantage of the natural light and the spectacular river view in every corner of the apartment.

Villas are inserted carefully into the landscape over multiple platforms created on the natural slope of the terrain to increase the sense of private space and to create an extensive outlook over the surrounding landscape. Villas embrace the east side of the site to benefit from as much sunlight as possible and maximise distribution of natural light reaching the indoor environment. Working closely with a local practice (SPL Arquitectos), the proposed scheme has now received planning permission for the development.

Baxter Park Terrace 3L- Dundee (Scotland). This refurbishment of a dark dilapidated flat required extensive structural and transformation work with a limited budget. A contemporary interior layout aimed to maximise the space and to increase the amount of natural light throughout the property. An extensive ventilation and acoustic works installed new high-efficiency central heating and an efficient wall and floor insulation to reduce energy consumption and to create a comfortable living space.

Basement Apartment- Bayswater, London - Extensive structural and refurbishment work, including: the removal of a structural pillar; a rear extension with glass roof; a timber-decked patio area; an office; and a contemporary kitchen and bathrooms. Modification of the interior layout improved accessibility and increased the amount of natural light throughout the property. Also an extensive ventilation and acoustic works, insulation and tanking system reduced energy consumption, providing a comfortable living space.
