Last week we had a chance to visit our latest completed project, as the next development phase is finally completed. ‘The Eight Gardens’ in Watford is a BERKELEY HOMES LIMITED development of luxury apartment living, 25 minutes from central London.

After a hot (33 degrees🥵) guided tour of the site and apartments, it was back to Granary Square King’s Cross Caravan Restaurants | B Corp™ for some cold beers and pizza.

Great to see staff from all offices having a chance to get together and mingle.

As all architects know, sometimes it takes years before a concept is turned into reality. This project was no exception, having taken a whole decade from initial designs to build! We're pleased to see that this house turned out beautifully for our client Ilchester Estates, if you're in the market for a new home then check it out - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/155644769 #/?channel=RES_NEW
