ADMIN PERSON FOR SECURITY COMPANY

Location: Barnet N20
Working hours: Full time 8.30am-5.30pm
Sector: Administration
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 depending on experience
Closing date: 28th February 2023
This role encompasses the following duties but is not exhaustive and the candidate may be requested to carry out any reasonable duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.

This role will involve:
· Answering calls and responding to customer queries
· Input, update and maintain our CRM system (training to be given)
· Scheduling Engineers’ work into the calendar and coordinating works
· Preparing & checking invoices for payment
· Follow up on outstanding invoices for payment
· Input / reconciling on Xero system

Candidate Profile
This position involves coordination and scheduling work; the ideal candidate will therefore have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to multi task.

Essential experience:
· Good attention to detail & computer literacy
· Experience of co-ordinating & scheduling work
· Excellent telephone manner & professional attitude
· Ability to prioritise work & meet deadlines
· Security industry experience ideal, but not required
