After & Before - Toilet room & utility

We removed the toilet basin, floor and wall tiles, then built a partition wall to create space for a washing machine.
After this space was created we built some boxing in, fitted a new toilet & basin, half tiled the walls, & finished by tiling the floor.
The client wallpapered the walls after we completed our work.

The After;

This was more about repairing, than completing a full bathroom refurb.
Lots of TLC needed & we've bought it back.
Client was very happy with the finished product 👍🏼 always the aim!

Now this bathroom needed rescuing...
We inspected the bathroom & found bath area has been prone to leaking for over 3 years.
The effect;
Rotten timbers, rotten plasterboards, rotten architrave, rotten door liners.

We removed the bath, bath taps & partition walls. Fitted new partition walls, plastered and painted them, then fitted a new bath, new bath taps & new bath panel.
To ensure everything was sealed and protected from water damage in the future, we used a waterproof membrane inside of bath area along with tiling and grouting. Siliconed edges to finish. New door liners were fitted, along with new architraves & refitted doors. These were painted bright white satin to finish
