We are delighted to have been selected for inclusion on the Catalyst Housing Ltd. framework for Principal Designer (CDM) Services.

Catalyst are part of the G15 Group of Housing Associations and have an ambition to deliver 1,000 homes per year by 2020.

We are excited about starting this 4 year framework and helping Catalyst and their other advisers achieve these exciting plans.

Recycling is a key consideration in modern construction and reusing materials is a pure form of recycling.

At CHPK we always ask potential building contractors about their waste statistics and many of our clients now have a zero to landfill policy which contractors must sign up to.

Changes in the construction industry are a key part of tackling energy use in the world as most building products have a high embedded energy value that shouldn’t be wasted.

Discarded building materials from Brighton and Hove’s many construction sites will be heading for some radical makeovers as students, architects, engineers and designers converge on the city next summer.

The transformation of our Moulsecoomb campus is moving up a gear with the installation of the first tower crane on the site of our new student accommodation.

After successfully completing a number of major structural retail shell and core projects for the same client, the CHPK Project Management and Cost Consultancy teams have just awarded the building contract for the next one.

Having had a number of exciting pop up retailers over the last two years, 53 Brompton Road on The Knightsbridge Estate will undergo major alterations to transform it from a rather ordinary compromised retail space to a modern, light and airy unit over basement, ground and first floors.

We are delighted to be working with Stephen Marshall Architects, E+M Tecnica Llp London, Waterman Group and The Fire Surgery again to successfully deliver this key project in the evolution of the Estate.
