✅ Turned off the gas supply
✅ Opened doors and windows to ventilate the property
✅ Called Guardsman Plumbers 💂

Using our gas leak detector, we quickly traced the source and confirmed it with a bubble test. Another potentially dangerous leak safely dealt with! 💨🔧

If you ever smell gas:
1️⃣ Turn off your supply
2️⃣ Ventilate the property
3️⃣ Call the Gas Emergency Number – 0800 111 999
4️⃣ Then contact your local Gas Safe engineer

This time a blocked plate heat exchanger tried to turn a relaxing shower into the ice-bucket challenge 🥶🚿.

Plate swapped, hot water restored — and now everyone’s cooking on gas again (literally). 💪
